Trill Jerk & Grill embarked on a flavourful journey in November 2021. Driven by a passion for authentic Caribbean cuisine, our founder set out to create a dining experience that captures the true essence of Jamaican cooking—a flavour often missing from other Caribbean eateries.
Before establishing Trill Jerk & Grill, our founder frequented numerous Caribbean restaurants, each time longing for the genuine taste of Caribbean food that seemed to elude them. This quest for authenticity inspired a vision: to bring the real taste of Jamaica to our community. With a deep-seated love for cooking and a commitment to quality, our founder decided to turn this vision into reality.
Though primarily operated by our dedicated founder Natrice Simpson and her husband Seymour Simpson, Trill Jerk & Grill benefits from the support of a close-knit team. Our founder’s husband and a dear friend generously volunteer their time and efforts, contributing to the warmth and personal touch that defines our business. Their support has been instrumental in helping us deliver exceptional Caribbean dishes to our valued customers.
